At The Slouch Club, we want you to love every step in your new barefoot shoes. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility You have 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, dirt, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at contact@theslouchclub.com or send us a direct message on Instagram (@theslouchclub). Include your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 48 hours with instructions and a return address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same product, subject to availability. If you need a different size, contact us and we will guide you through the process. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.

Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Return Shipping The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: gift cards, items marked as final sale, and items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@theslouchclub.com.
